睑缘炎及其相关眼表疾病患者蠕形螨的实验室诊断及结果分析

目的 协助临床诊断蠕形螨性睑缘炎及其相关眼表疾病。方法 选取2016年4月～7月在西安市第一医院眼科门诊就诊,临床诊断为睑缘炎、干眼和睑缘炎相关角结膜病变(BKC)等眼病患者42例,同期健康体检无眼疾志愿者10例,采用拔取眼部睫毛,加无水乙醇诱导固定,光学显微镜下直接镜检蠕形螨及虫卵的方法进行实验室诊断。结果 42例眼病患者,蠕型螨阳性30例,检出率 71%; 10例健康志愿者,蠕形螨阳性1例,检出率10%,两组检出率差异有统计学意义(χ²=10.23,P<0.01)。结论 蠕形螨性睑缘炎发病率高,应重视及加强早期实验室诊断,指导临床精准治疗,预防并发症的发生。

Laboratory Diagnosis and Analysis of Demodex from Patients with Blepharitis and Related Ocular Disease

Abstract:Objective To assist clinical diagnosis of Demodex blepharitis and other related ocular surface disease.Methods42 cases were collected from the patients diagnosed of blepharitis,dry eye or blepharitis related keratoconjunctivitis(BKC)from the outpatient ofthe First Hospital of Xi'an City from April and July 2016.The eyelashes were pulled out and detected for the Demodex under microscopy after addinga drop of ethanol.Results 30 cases in 42 patients weredetected for the Demodex(the positive rate was 71%),while only 1 case in 10 healthy volunteers was detected for the Demodex with the positive rate of10%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ²=10.23,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a high incidence rate of Demodex blepharitis.The early rapid laboratory diagnosis for Demodex blepharitis should be paid attention to and reinforced,in order to guide the timely and accurate treatment and avoid the occurrence and development ofthe Demodex related blepharitis,dry eye,BKC or other ocular complications.
