摘    要:摘要 目的:优选慢粒灵胶囊的成型工艺。方法:考察不同辅料对浸膏粉吸湿性、休止角的影响,采用正交试验法,以崩解时间和吸湿率为指标,考察填充剂和助流剂,清膏的相对密度,湿润剂的浓度,加入的方法。结果:成型的最佳工艺为浸膏密度为1.25,用糊精做填充剂和助流剂,用搅拌机混匀,润湿剂乙醇的浓度为55%。结论:该成型工艺合理可行,适合中试生产需要。

Abstract:Abstract Objective:To study the formation technology of Manliling capsule. Methods:The influence of different excipients on the hygroscopicity of extract powder was investigated . The orthogonal test was performed with the index of puerarin,with the disintegration time and the moisture absorption as indexes,orthogonal test was used to investigate factors of wetting agent concentration,method of joining. Results:The density of cream was 1.25,the filler and flow aiding agent was dextrin,the wetting agent concentration was 55%,the join method was stired with bleneder. Conclusion:The optimized extraction and purification technology for Manliling capsule is reasonable,The forming process is reasonable and feasible,which is suitable for pilot production
