摘    要:目的 研究高血糖患者血浆游离脂肪酸(free fatty acids,FFA)组成的变化。方法 试验分为正常对照组和高血糖疾病组,每组各50例。以N-(1-萘基)乙二胺二盐酸盐[N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydrochloride,EDC]与氨水的混合物作为基质,采用基质辅助激光解吸电离-傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱法(matrix-assisted laser ionization/desorption-Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry,MALDI-FTICR MS)检测血浆中FFA的浓度。结果 利用MALDI-FTICR MS方法共检测出九种FFA,包括三种饱和脂肪酸(肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸)、两种单不饱和脂肪酸(棕榈油酸和油酸)以及四种多不饱和脂肪酸(亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸),与正常对照组相比,这九种脂肪酸均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 高血糖患者血液中游离亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、花生四烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸的含量是健康人的3倍。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the plasma free fattyacids(FFA)components in hyperglycemia patients.Methods Plasma samples were collected from 50 patients with hyperglycemia and 50 healthy controls.Plasma FFA were detected by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(MALDI-FTICR MS)with N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydrochloride(NEDC)mixed with ammonia as matrix.Results Nine kinds of FFAs in the plasmawere measured.A nonparametric test showed the levels of these FFAs in plasma had significant differences between hyperglycemic patients and healthy controls,including three saturated fatty acids(C14:0,C16:0 and C18:0)and six unsaturated fatty acids(C16:1,C18:1,C18:2,C18:3,C20:4 and C22:6).Conclusion Elevated FFA concentrations might enhance the risk of hyperglycemia.
