克氏针有限内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折

目的探讨克氏针有限内固定技术治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床意义。方法对我院于1999年4月～2003年1月期间收治的76例桡骨远端骨折患者熏采用经皮克氏针有限内固定技术熏辅以前臂石膏托短期外固定治疗。结果随访5～25个月(平均10个月),骨折全部愈合且无感染。采用改良GartlandandWerley穴GW雪评分系统对腕部进行功能评定,疗效优59例熏良11例熏可4例,差2例,总优良率92.1%。结论克氏针有限内固定技术治疗桡骨远端骨折熏操作简便熏创伤小熏固定可靠熏并发症少熏适于基层医院推广应用。

Treatment of distal radius fractures by limited internal fixation with Kirschner pins

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of patients with distal radius fractures treated with Kirschner pins techniques and study the clinical values of limited internal fixation techniques to the distal radius fractures. Methods Seventy-six cases with distal radius fractures that were hospitalized from April 1999 to January 2003 were treated by limited internal fixation with Kirschner pins together with short term plaster external fixation.Results The mean follow-up period was ten months(range from five to twenty five months).The functional evaluations were based on the modified Gartland and Werley's (GW) scoring system, excellent 59 in cases, good in 11 cases, fair in 4 cases and poor in 2 cases. The overall excellent-good rate was 92.1%.Conclusion Our data suggest that limited internal fixtion with Kirschner pins techniques is an ideal choice for treatment of the distal radius fractures characterized by the simplicity of the surgical techniques, minor trauma, reliable fixation and few complications, especially deserve to be widely popularized in the grass roots region.
