~(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌灌注显像在病毒性心肌炎的应用价值

目的 :评价99m Tc MIBI心肌灌注显像对病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)诊断的价值。方法 :对临床诊断为VMC的 5 5例患者及正常人 14例进行心肌灌注显像。结果 :5 5例患者中 39例心肌显像出现不同程度的放射性分布异常区 ,11例出现单节段放射性减低 ,17例多节段放射性分布异常 ,11例呈花斑样改变 ;总阳性率为 71.0 % ,急性期阳性率为 71.4 % ,恢复期阳性率为 5 0 .0 % ,慢性迁延期阳性率为 81.8%。结论 :99m Tc MIBI心肌灌注显像能够直观的表现病变心肌的部位、范围及程度 ,有助于病毒性心肌炎诊断 ,是病情监测、预后判断的有效手段。

Diagnostic Value of ~(99m)Tc-MIBI Myocardial Perfusion Imaging in Patient with Viral Myocarditis

Objective To ev aluate the diagnostic value of 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging i n patient with viral myocarditis.Methods 99m Tc-MIBI myoc a rdial perfusion imaging was performed on 55 cases of Viral Myocarditis patients and a control group of 14 cases.Results In total 55cases, 39cases were positive,single-sement radioactivity decrease in 11 cases,multi-segments r adioactivity decrease in 17cases and 11cases of viral myocarditis showed“patchy ” distribution of radioactivity,the total positive rate was 71.0 %,71.4 % in ac ute patient、50.0 % in recorver patient and 81.8 % in chronic patient.Con cl usion 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging can show the posti o n、the range and degree of myocardial damage visually.It may be useful in the di agnosis,monitoring disease course,and judgement piognosis in viral myocarditis.
