| 摘 要： | 干细胞是一类具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞群体，近年来干细胞的应用几乎涉及所有生命科学和生物医学领域。干细胞疗法已成为治疗多种疾病的新途径，本文概述了干细胞的生物学特性及综述了干细胞在临床上的应用研究进展。
