| 摘 要： | 本文对１９９例多胎妊娠的临床经过进行分析，提出多胎妊娠并发症明显多于单胎者，主要是早产、妊高征、难产手术和低体重儿的增多。重点对多胎妊娠的分娩方式进行分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | The clinical course of ll9 cases with multiple pregnancy collected in the last elevenyears in our hospital was analysed.The pregnancy complications were more frequently found inmultiple pregnancy than in the uniparous ,including premature deliveries,pregnancy induced ,op-erations for difficult labour,and infant with low born weight(LBW).The delivery way of multiplepregnancy was investigated and the result indicated that perinatal monitoring would play a pre-dominant role in reducing maternal and infant mortality. |
