新疆克拉玛依区社区卫生服务中心的服务状况分析

Analysis on the Community Health Care in Kelamayi District in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Status of community health care in Kelamayi District, Kelamayi City in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region was surveyed. The results showed that community health care in Kelamayi District had been developed in recent years and that it was basically satisfied by community residents and outpatients. But recruitment and training of health staff, enhancement of functions, rational use of medicine, specialty development in community health care centers should be continuously paid attention. Our governments at all levels should provide more technical support and special policies of human resource management to facilitate the development of community health care in frontier regions.
