摘    要:目的:优选昆藻调脂胶囊的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3因素对浸出物得率的影响。结果:工艺条件以原方药材加10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1h为佳。结论:该水提工艺简便、易行,可为实际生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the water immersion extraction technology of Kunzaotiaozhi capsules.METHODS: The influence of the amount of water,the decoction time and decoction times(3 factors)on the extraction yield was investi- gated by orthogonal test.RESULTS:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of drug :water- 1 :10; decoction times:twice;decoction time:one hour at each time.CONCLUSION:The water immersion extraction technology of Kunzaotiaozhi capsules is simple and feasible,and it provides a theoretical basis for the practical production of this product.
