石河子市社区高血压患者健康教育效果评价

[目的]评价对以社区为基础的高血压患者综合防治效果。[方法]针对社区全体居民开展健康教育,对患者进行强化干预。[结果]干预后高血压患者危险因素水平均有降低,以不规律锻炼率下降最为明显;高血压患者知识、态度和行为平均得分较干预前分别增加了0.6分,0.5分和0.8分;干预后患者知晓率、治疗率、控制率及定期复查率分别提高22.6%、20.6%、72.8%和14.8%。[结论]以社区为基础的高血压综合干预是切实可行和行之有效的。

EFFECT EVALUATION OF COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTH EDUCATION ON PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION IN SHIHEZI

[Objective]To evaluate the effects of community-based comprehensive prevention and treatment on patients with hypertension.[Methods]Health education on all residents in the communities and intensive intervention to patients with hypertension were carried out.[Results]The level of risk factors of hypertensive patients droped after intervention,that of those patients who had exercises irregularly descended most obviously;the average score of knowledge,attitude and practice of hypertensive patients increased by 0.6,0.5 and 0.8 compared with that before intervention;the awareness,treatment,control and callback rates increased by 22.6%,20.6%,72.8% and 14.8% respectively of hypertensive patients after intervention.[Conclusion]Community-based comprehensive intervention on hypertension is feasible and effective.
