酸枣仁汤对心脏介入患者心理应激的干预研究

目的探讨心脏介入患者的心理应激特点及酸枣仁汤对焦虑评分的干预效果。方法对126例有心脏介入指征的患者采用改进的焦虑量表（SAS）进行术前评分,随机分为对照组、心理干预＋酸枣仁汤组和心理干预＋坦度螺酮组3组,对照组只给予心理干预。比较各组患者术后SAS评分情况。结果有心脏介入适应证的患者均不同程度地存在焦虑、抑郁等状况。经干预后患者焦虑、抑郁状况明显改善,与对照组比较差异均有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）;酸枣仁汤组患者焦虑、抑郁状况明显改善情况与坦度螺酮组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论酸枣仁汤能明显缓解心脏介入治疗患者围手术期的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Study on Suanzaoren decoction on patients with cardiac intervention therapy with depression and anxiety

Objective To study the effect of Suanzaoren decoction on patients with cardiac intervention therapy with depression and anxiety.Methods 126 cases of patients with indication for intervention therapy with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into control group with simple psychological intervention,Suanzaoren group with Suanzaoren decoction and Tandospirone group with Tandospirone.The patients were scored with SAS before and one week after treatment.Results There was significant difference of control group,Suanzaoren group and Tandospirone group with SAS（P0.01）.Conclusion It is effective to treat cardiac intervention therapy with depression and anxiety with Suanzaoren decoction.
