5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的护理

目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（5-aminolevulinic acid—photodynamic therapy，ALA—PDT）治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床护理。方法在采用ALA—PDT治疗106例肛周尖锐湿疣患者的过程中，治疗前积极进行健康教育及心理护理；治疗中严格按照操作规程，准确敷药，照射到位，及时处理不良反应；治疗后重视健康教育和随访。结果106例经1-4次ALA—PDT治疗后，疣体完全脱落。随访6个月，1I例复发，复发率为10％。治疗前、治疗中和治疗后的护理保证了ALA—PDT的临床疗效。结论ALA-PDT治疗肛周尖锐湿疣，复发率较传统方法明显下降，良好的护理措施能保证和提高其疗效。

Nursing care in 5-aminolevulinic acidphotodynamic therapy for perianal condylomata acuminata

Objective To investigate the nursing care in the treatment of perianal condylomata acuminata （CA） with 5-ami- nolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT）. Methods A total of 106 patients with perianal CA were treated with ALA- PDT. Before treatment, health education and psychological nursing for the patients were given. During the treatment, the nursing staff followed the operational procedures strictly, applied medicine properly, had laser focus on the exact area of the anus, and dealt with adverse reactions promptly. After treatment, much importance was attached to health education and follow-up. Results After being treated with ALA-PDT from once to four times, perianal warts of the 106 patients were completely removed. During the 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence of perianal CA was found in 11 patients, accounting for 10%. Nursing care before, during and after treat- ment helped to improve the effect of ALA-PDT. Conclusions The recurrence rate of perianal CA treated with ALA-PDT is signifi- candy lower than that by traditional methods. Effective nursing measures may ensure and improve the effect of ALA-PDT.
