加强医院科技论文产出的管理

科技论产出的数量与质量已逐渐成为衡量一个单位科技实力的重要指标之一。因此，加强这一方面的有效管理和监控，也是纳入科技管理部门的职责范围。近几年来，我院非常注重加强对科技工作人员投送科技论的管理；加之，有效的激励手段，使我院在全国医疗机构中发表论数一直名列前茅。

The number and quality of science and technology thesis output is one of important factor to evaluate science and technology actual strength of a unit gradually.Therefore， strengthening efficacious management and control should brought into the duty scope of science and technology management offical. Our hospital has paid attention to strengthen management of science and technology thesis in several year. With effective encouragement method, the number of issued thesis of my hospital is in the highest flight in medical treatment unit in our country.
