609例清洁手术预防使用抗菌药物分析

目的 了解清洁手术抗菌药物预防使用情况,并评价其合理性.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对2007年4-6月清洁手术病例预防使用抗菌药物的品种、用药频度、联合用药、用药时间、疗程等进行调查分析.结果 609例清洁手术中有456例应用抗菌药物预防感染,使用率达74.9%;其中术后用药不超过48 h的有345例,占75.7%,使用时机及疗程不合理的占24.3%.结论 应加强清洁手术抗菌药物预防使用的管理.

Analysis of utilization of antibacterial drugs in 609 aseptic operations
