| 摘 要： | 从健康结果、卫生服务利用与可及性、卫生筹资与医疗保障三个维度描述了当前我国农民健康的整体现状．并从健康社会学的角度分析了其主要影响因素：农村公共卫生环境的恶化，农民卫生观念滞后，农民健康促进理论薄弱。城乡二元社会经济体制的制约，政府职能“缺位”与“越位”并存。

| Abstract: | The article described the whole state of peasantry's health in China from the following aspects:health effect,health service demand and utilization and accessibility,health financing and medical security;analyzed the main influence factors that cause it:deterioration of rural public sanitation,health concept lagging behind,imperfect policies of health improvement,dual social and economic mechanism between urban and rural,the coexistence of absence and excess of government function. |
