谷胱甘肽联合纳曲酮治疗酒精性肝病

目的 :探讨谷胱甘肽联合纳曲酮治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法 :5 2例病人分为治疗组 2 8例 ,给予谷胱甘肽注射液 6 0 0mg ,iv ,gtt ,qd× 4wk ,同时给予纳曲酮 2 5mg ,po ,qd× 4wk ;对照组 2 4例给予肌苷 0 .4g ,维生素C 3.0 g加入 10 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0mL中 ,iv ,gtt,qd× 4wk。结果 :天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)恢复正常者治疗组为 2 6例 ,占 93% ,对照组为 13例 ,占 5 4% ,2组差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组出现戒酒综合征 (AWS)者为 4例 ,占14 % ,对照组出现AWS者为 12例 ,占 5 8% ,2组差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :谷胱甘肽联合纳曲酮治疗酒精性肝病的疗效好且AWS发生率低

Glutathion combined with naltrexone in treatment of alcoholic liver disease

AIM:To assess the effect of glutathion combined with naltrexone in treating alcoholic liver disease(ALD). METHODS: Fifty two patients with ALD were divided into two groups. Twenty eight patients of treatment group were treated with glutathione injection, 600 mg, iv, gtt, qd×4 wk and naltrexone, 25 mg, po , qd×4 wk. Twenty four patients of control group were given lnosine, 0.4 g and vitamin C, 3.0 g in 10 % glucose injection 250 mL,iv,gtt,qd×4 wk. RESULTS: After 4 wk treatment, the glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST) resumed rate was 93 %(twenty six patients) in treatment group and 54 %(thirteen patients) in control group. There was significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.01) . Aroid wine syndrome(AWS) appeared 14 %(four patients) of treatment group and 58 %(twelve patients) of control group ( P <0.01). The results were significant difference between two groups. CONCLUSION:Combination of glutathion with naltrexone is effective in treating ALD, and has less AWS.
