IL-10和FOXP3在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨IL-10和FOXP3在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与患者预后的相关性。方法运用免疫组织化学方法检测47例非小细胞肺癌组织中IL-10和FOXP3的表达,分析其与患者预后的关系。结果 IL-10在肺癌细胞的阳性表达率为70.21%,表达水平与临床分期正相关,与患者预后呈负相关(P<0.05)。FOXP3在癌组织内淋巴细胞的阳性表达率为46.80%;表达水平与病理分级及临床分期正相关(P<0.05),与IL-10表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC中IL-10表达与FOXP3表达及预后相关,可作为判断预后的指标。

Expression and clinical significance of IL-10 and FOXP3 in non-small cell lung cancer

【Objective】 To investigate the expression of IL-10 and FOXP3 in non-small cell lung cancer and their relationships with clinicopathological variables and postoperative survival.【Methods】 Immunohistochemical staining for IL-10 and FOXP3 was performed on paraffin embedded tissues from 47 NSCLC cases.The results and the relative with c1inicopathologic data and prognosis of NSCLC were analyzed.【Results】 IL-10 positive expression were detected on cancer cells of NSCLC,and positive rate was 70.21%.The expression was positively correlated with the tumor stage(P <0.05),negatively with postoperative prognosis(P <0.05).FOXP3 positive expression was detected on lymphocyte,and positive rate was 46.80%.FOXP3 expression was positively correlated with the tumor grade and the tumor stage(P <0.05).Expression IL-10 was positive with FOXP3 expression in the cancer nests.【Conclusion】 The Expression IL-10 in non-small cell lung cancer is significantly correlated with FOXP3 expression and prognosis.The detection of IL-10 may be one of prognostic indices for NSCLC patients.
