| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声诊断慢性阻塞性腮腺炎的临床应用价值。方法选取50例经手术证实的慢性阻塞性腮腺炎的超声图像,分析腮腺的大小、形态、内部回声及彩色血流情况。结果 50例慢性阻塞性腮腺炎超声表现与手术病理结果符合率为98%。结论超声对慢性阻塞性腮腺炎的诊断准确率较高,并能与腮腺区占位性病变相鉴别。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To evaluate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in chronic obstructive parotitis.【Methods】 The uhrasonographic features of 50 patients with chronic obstructive parotitis confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】 Among the 50 patients,1 of them were acute inflammation,49 of them were chronic inflammation.Ulrasonography of 98% was in accordance with the pathologic diagnosis.【Conclusion】 The accuracy of diagnosis of chronic obstructive parotitis with high frequency,ultrasound is very high,and difference between chronic obstructive parotitis and other tumors on sonography is very obvious. |
