| 摘 要： | 目的研究浙江地区汉族人群SLE患者和健康对照者白细胞介素18(interleukin-18,IL-18)基因启动子多态性分布,探讨其与SLE的相关性。方法用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-sequence specificprimer,PCR-SSP)方法检测46例SLE患者、198健康人群IL-18基因启动子区的–607C/A、-137G/C多态位点,并进行多态性分析。结果 SLE组与健康对照组-607C/A、-137G/C多态性位点的等位基因频率和基因型频率间差异未达到统计学显著的水准(P>0.05)。结论浙江地区汉族人群IL-18基因启动子多态性可能与SLE的易感性无关。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To investigate the prevalence of single nucleotide polymorphism of the interleukin-18 gene promoter in Zhejiang Han patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,and analyze the correlation of IL-18 gene with SLE.【Methods】 Sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction were used to analyses the genotypes of IL-18 gene promoter polymorphism at the position-607 and-137 in 46 unrelated patients with SLE and 198 ethnically matched healthy controls.【Results】 No significant difference was found in IL-18 gene promoter-607C/A,-137G/C polymorphism between SLE patients and healthy controls(P >0.05).【Conclusion】 The polymorphism of IL-18 gene promoter has no association with SLE in Zhejiang Han patients of China. |
