下丘脑室旁核在迷走—加压反应中的作用及其机制

摘    要:通过研究大鼠下丘脑室旁核在迷走—加压反应中的作用发现,刺激下丘脑室旁核可引起明显的增压反应和心加速效应;下丘脑室旁核兴奋可加强迷走—加压反应,损毁之可得相反结果;垂体和肾上腺共同参与下丘脑室旁核增压反应,与迷走—加压反应机制殊不相同;损毁下丘脑室旁核后,垂体和胸段脊髓中加压素含量均明显降低。提示下丘脑室旁核—脊髓投射的加压素能神经元有可能参与心血管活动的调节。

Abstract:A study of the role and mechanism of the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus (PVH) in vagus-pressor response on rats is reported.The results were as follows: Stimulating PVH induced significant pressor response and cardioacceleratory response. Stimulating PVH apparently enhanced the vagus-pressor response,while destroying it brought reverse results.Both pituitary and adrenal glands took part in the PVH pressor response but their mechanism was quite different from that of the vagus-pressor response. Damages to the PVH led to a marked decrease of vasopressin contents both in the pituitary and the spinal cord.The results indicate that PVH plays a very important part in vagus-pressor response and the vasopressinergic neurons projecting to the spinal cord probably have a role in modulating cardiovascular activities.
