甲状腺良性肿瘤手术方法的改进

摘    要:目的:探讨甲状腺良性肿瘤手术方式的改进.方法:回顾性总结近10年来收治668例甲状腺良性肿瘤手术方式的改进的情况,包括降低和缩小颈部切口,不横断甲状腺前肌群,经峡部行甲状腺手术,创面用纤维生物胶封闭采用引流及皮下缝合.结果:本组患者手术世间平均(30±25)min,术中出血平均(50±25)ml,术后住院日数平均(3±2)d.全组无手术死亡病例.术后喉反神经损伤4例(为单侧损伤),表现轻度声音嘶,18例术后低钙肢端麻木,经补钙治疗1周后均缓解.结论:改进的甲状腺手术方式简化手术步骤缩短手术时间减少组织创伤,避免许多手术并发症的发生病人术后恢复快,伤口美观.
