二种方法治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果比较

目的：探讨CT在空洞型肺结核诊断中的作用.方法：回顾性分析我院自2004年6月～2009年6月74例肺结核患者分别给予X线和CT影像学检查,对比X线和CT影像两种表现,并将结果进行统计学分析.结果：74例中X线平片显示52个空洞,CT显示113个;X 线显示空洞引起肺内支气管播散11例,CT显示24例;X线平片显示空洞周围卫星病灶47例,CT 显示72例;X线显示结核空洞外侧胸膜增厚5例,CT显示10例;X线无1例显示纵隔内及肺门旁淋巴结肿大,CT显示纵隔内及肺门旁淋巴结肿大4例,少量胸腔积液6例.统计学显示二者存在显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论：CT在空洞型肺结核诊断中作用大,其诊断肺结核准确率明显优于X线平片.

Objective： Discusses CT to diagnose at the cavity pulmonary tuberculosis the function. Results： In 74 examples X even piece demonstrated 52 cavities,CT demonstrates 113;X demonstrated causes in the lung the bronchial tube to spread 11 examples emptily, CT demonstrates 24 examples;Around X even piece demonstration cavity the satellite focus of infection 47 examples, CT demonstrates 72 examples; X demonstration tuberculosis empty flank pleural membrane accumulation 5 examples, CT demonstrates 10 examples;X does not have in nearby 1 example demonstration mediastinum and the lung hilus the lymph node is tumescent, CT demonstrated in nearby the mediastinum and the lung hilus the lymph node tumescent 4 examples, the few chest cavities accumulate the fluid 6 examples. Statistics demonstrates the two existence remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：CT diagnoses at the cavity pulmonary tu- berculosis affects in a big way,its diagnosis pulmonary tuberculosis rate of accuracy surpasses X even piece obviously.
