后伸牵引整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例临床观察

目的：观察后伸牵引整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法：将118例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为观察组和对照组.观察组60例,采用后伸牵引整复法治疗;对照组58例,采用传统推拿治疗,进行两组疗效比较.结果：观察组治愈率65%,总有效率93.3%,经X2检验,两组治愈率、总有效率差异均非常显著（p＜0.01）.结论：后伸牵引整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有显著的临床疗效.
