临床护理干预对精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响

目的：探讨临床护理干预对精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响.方法：2009年1月～2010年10月,选取我院90例精神分裂症病人,随机分为两组,对照组病人采用一般性访谈和传统药物治疗,观察组病人则在药物治疗的基础上采用健康教育、心理护理等干预措施.结果：干预前两组病人服药依从性比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理干预后观察组依从性明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：接受护理干预后病人服药依从性得到巩固,复发率下降,这对提高治疗效果、预防病情复发有着积极的意义.

Objective： Discusses clinical nursing to intervene to the schizophrenia patient takes medicine the compliance influence. Methods：In January2009 -2010 years in October,selects my courtyard 90 example schizophrenia patient,divides into two groups stochastically, the control group patients uses the general interview and the traditional medicine treatment, the observation group pa- tients uses intervention measures and so on the health education, psychological nursing in the medicine treatment foundation. Results： Before the intervention two group of patients take medicine the compliance comparison non--statistics significance （P〉0. 05） ,after the nursing intervention the observation group complies is higher than the control group obviously,two groups of comparisons have statistics significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： After accepts the nursing intervention the patient to take medicine the compliance to obtain consolidated, the recurrence rate drops, this to enhances the treatment result, the prevention condition recrudescence has the positive significance.
