帕罗西汀合并舒必利治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症临床研究

目的：观察骶髂关节注射氢化泼尼松注射液治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效.方法：将57例患者随机分为治疗组29例与对照组28例,治疗组采用常规药物加骶髂关节注射氢化泼尼松注射液治疗,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗;比较两组治疗6个月后两组总体治疗效果.结果：治疗组病情改善情况优于对照组.结论：常规药物联合氢化泼尼松注射液治疗在改善强直性脊柱炎患者骶髂关节炎局部疼痛和全身功能方面较单纯常规药物治疗有着明显的优势.
