摘    要:目的:比较静脉全麻和静脉全麻复合硬膜外麻醉用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的麻醉效果.方法:选择2008年1月至2010年1月我院择期LC病人48例,随机均分为静脉全麻(对照组)24例和静脉全麻复合硬膜外麻醉(观察组)24例,观察两组患者血流动力学变化,全麻药总量及术毕苏醒时间.结果:两组患者术中血流动力学变化无显著性差异;观察组所用的麻醉药总量明显小于对照组.结论:观察组较对照组行LC术中血流动力学稳定,静脉麻醉药总量较少,术后苏醒较快,且经济安全.

Abstract:Objective: Anaesthetizes compared with the vein general anesthesia and outside the vein general anesthesia compound hard membrane uses in peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method (LC) the anaesthesia effect. Methods: Chooses from January, 2008 my courtyard to pick an auspicious date to January, 2010 the LC patient 48 examples,divides equally stochastically for the vein general anesthesia (control group) outside 24 examples and the vein general anesthesia compound hard membrane anaesthetizes (ob- servation group) 24 examples, observes two group of patient blood stream dynamics change, the entire anesthetic total quantity and the technique finish the regaining consciousness time. Results: In two group of patient techniques blood stream dynamics changes the non--significance difference;The observation group uses the anaesthetic total quantity is smaller than obviously the control group. Conclusion:The observation group compares in the control group line of LC technique blood stream dynamics to be stable, the vein anaesthetic total quantity are few, after the technique regains consciousness quickly, also economic security.
