临床健康教育路径对腰椎间盘突出症非手术病人实施健康教育

目的：使腰椎间盘突出非手术病人了解疾病相关知识,积极配合医护人员的治疗和护理,尽快恢复.方法：按随机数字将64例腰椎间盘非手术病人分成试验组和对照组各32例,对照组按常规进行健康教育,试验组采用临床健康教育路径进行健康宣教.结果：试验组接受健康教育后对健康教育内容的掌握程度和对护理工作的满意度有所提高.结论：应用健康教育路径对腰椎间盘非手术病人进行健康教育效果良好.
