中风后致肩关节半脱位的治疗及护理

目的：探讨中风所致的肩关节半脱位早期康复治疗的效果.方法：通过对11例肩关节半脱位患者,进行保持肩关节功能位、刺激稳定肩关节周围的肌群、全范围的无痛性关节活动训练等早期康复治疗并观察疗效.结果：中风后肩关节半脱位患者的治疗总有效率90.93%.结论：早期康复治疗对脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者上肢功的恢复有着重要的意义.
