刀形针刀松解结合曲安奈德注射治疗手指狭窄性腱鞘炎31例

目的：观察刀形针刀松解结合曲安奈德注射治疗手指狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果.方法：31例患狭窄性腱鞘炎患者共35指采用刀形针刀行腱鞘闭合松解并注射曲安奈德治疗前后对比,评价疗效.结果：一次治愈24例,二次治愈7例.疗效评价优27例占87.1%,良3例占9.7%,总有效率96.8%.结论：刀形针刀松解结合曲安奈德注射治疗手指狭窄性腱鞘炎创伤小、无疤痕、松解充分、复发率小、痛苦少,有临床应用价值.
