奥扎格雷和血塞通注射液联用治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

目的：观察奥扎格雷和血塞通注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效.方法：将56例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组组给予阿司匹林、硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂等治疗;治疗组在此基础上加奥扎格雷80mg,静脉滴注,1次/d,血塞通注射液400mg,静脉滴注,1次/d,连用2周.结果：总有效率治疗组为89.47%,对照组为61.11%,总有效率比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论：奥扎格雷与血塞通注射液联合应用治疗不稳定性心绞痛,能明显提高疗效.
