米非司酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血34例的疗效研究

目的：探讨米非司酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效.方法：我院于2009年1月～2010年10月对收治的34例功能失调性子宫出血患者采用米非司酮治疗.结果：本文34例患者中25例在停药30～120d后月经量恢复正常.6例月经量减少,3例月经恢复后,出现功血复发.对治疗前后的血清激素水平比较发现,治疗后E2、P平均水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）.本文34例患者中有有5例有轻微不良反应,潮热、多汗症状3例,胃肠道反应2例.结论：米非司酮能有效治疗功能失调性子宫出血,且疗效无显著差异,不良反应均较轻微,经济,复发率低,值得临床推广使用.

Result： In this article 34 example patients 25 examples after stop medicine 30-120 d the volume of menstrual flow to restore normally. 6 example volumes of menstrual flow reduce, after 3 example menstruations restore, appears the merit blood recrudescence. Around to treats the blood serum hormone level comparison discovery, after the treatment E2 ,before the P average water mean difference treatment reduces obviously （P~0.05）. In this article 34 example patients has 5 examples to have slightly responded not good that, the intermittent fever, the hyperhidrosis shape 3 examples, the gastro--in- testinal tract responds 2 examples. Conclusion： Mi Feisi the alkone can treat the function rheomalaxis uterine hemorrhage effectively, also the curative effect not remarkable difference, responded not good is slight, the economy, the recurrence rate is low, is worth the clinical nrnmoted use.
