摘    要:脾胃湿热是脾胃病中最常见的证型,其发病机制为外感六淫、内伤饮食、劳逸失度致脾胃功能失调.临床辨证把握脾湿和胃热两组主要症状的基础上,辨明湿热的孰轻孰重及口味与舌苔.治疗要点是清热、化湿、理气,即清胃热,化脾湿、调畅气机,其代表方为黄连温胆汤.

Abstract:The taste hot and damp is in the spleen gastric disease the most common card, its pathogenesis for the external disease factors excesses of the six factors,the internal injury diet, works and rests losing to send the taste function detuning. Clinical dialectical assurance spleen wet and in stomach hot two group of main symptom foundation, distinguishes clearly hot and damp which is the lighter and which is the heavier and the taste and the tongue coating. The treatment main point is the refrigeration, melts wet, regulates the flow of vital energy, namely the clear stomach is hot,melts the spleen wet,adjusts the smooth internal combustion engine, it represents the side for the Chinese goldthread rhizome warm gallbladder soup.
