36例糖尿病足护理分析

糖尿病足是一类糖尿病周围神经病变和外周血管病变基础上由于足外力、外伤、感染等因素引起的严重下肢病变总称.糖尿病足下肢截肢率较高,全球平均每30秒就有1个人因糖尿病足而被截肢.2008年2月～2010年10月,我们对36例糖尿病足患者实施健康指导,给予积极合理的足部护理,获得满意效果.
