氨溴素联合地塞米松治疗急性喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察地塞米松联合氨溴素(沐舒坦)注射液治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎临床疗效.方法:96例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例,治疗组66例,对照组采用常规治疗的基础上用庆大霉素联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上用沐舒坦注射液15mg联合地塞米松5mg加入生理盐水20ml雾化吸入.结果:治疗组在短时间内改善肺部罗音的效果,总有效率及治愈明显优于对照组,二者比较差异有统计意义(p〈0.05).结论:采用氨溴素联合地米松塞治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎可缩短住院病程,疗效满意,值得推广.

Abstract:Objective:The observation dexametbasone union ammonia bromide (mu comfortable) the inoculation fluid treats the young child acute respite bronchitis clinical curative effect. Methods: 96 examples pant for breath bronchitis trouble to divide into two groups stochastically ,the control group 30 examples, the treatment group 66 examples,the control group use the conventional treatment in the foundation with to celebrate the magnamycin union dexamethasone atomization inspiration treatment, the observation group join the physiological saline 20ml atomization inspiration in the conventional treatment foundation with mu comfortable inocu- lation fluid 15mg union dexamethasone 5mg. Results:The treatment group improves lungs Luo Yin in a short time the effect, the to- tal effectiveness and the cure surpasses the control group obviously, the two comparison difference has the statistical significance (p 〈0.05). Conclusion: Uses ammonia bromide union Mi Songsai to treat the young child to pant for breath bronchitis to be possible to reduce in hospital course of an illness, the curative effect is satisfied, is worth promoting.
