| 摘 要： | 股骨粗隆间骨折多见老年人,因老年人骨质疏松,跌倒时下肢突然扭转或急剧过度外展或内收,或外力直接冲击大粗隆即可发生骨折.若不及时治疗,因长期卧床,可引起褥疮等并发症.且治疗不当可引起畸形愈合,影响患肢功能,所以应及时治疗.

| Abstract: | The thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture sees the senior citizen much, when the senior citizen osteoporosis, tumbles the lower limb reverses suddenly either excessively abducts suddenly or the adduction,or the external force direct impact is greatly thick prosper- ously then has the bone fracture. If treats not promptly, because the long--term bed,may cause complications and so on bedsore. Also treatment not when may cause the abnormal cicatrization, affects the trouble extremity function, therefore should treat promptly. |
