社区糖尿病患者的健康教育与护理意义

目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者的临床护理方法及康复指导方法,提高老年糖尿病患者的临床护理水平,改善糖尿病患者的预后.方法：回顾性分析我院自2009年1月～12月收治的128例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,所有患者均大于60岁,通过临床观察及对症护理,提高临床治疗效果.结果：本组128例患者病情均得到控制,血糖水平稳定,其中19例患者在治疗过程中发生低血糖反应,发生肺部感染3例,心肌梗死1例,糖尿病肾病1例.住院期间无死亡病例.结论：护理工作可以明显提高老年糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果、改善患者的预后、减少糖尿病并发症的发生率、降低死亡率.
