血透患者生存质量与D型人格的关系

目的：探讨血透患者D型人格与生存质量的关系.方法：随机便利取样,用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表和D型人格的问卷对125例血透患者进行问卷调查和分析.结果：血透患者生活质量的生理、心理、社会及环境各领域得分均低于一般人群,血透患者消极情感、社交压抑与生活质量各领域得分呈显著负相关.结论：血透患者生存质量低于一般人群,且生存质量与D型人格呈显著负相关,加强血透患者心理干预对提高其生存质量有重要意义.
