探讨心理护理干预对ICU患者不良心理及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨心理护理干预对ICU患者不良心理及生活质量的影响.方法：入选的72例ICU重症监护室患者均为我院2008年1月～2010年1月住院患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各36例,两组均给予常规护理,其中干预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预,比较两组不良心理及生活质量情况.结果：与对照组相比,心理护理干预能够有效的降低患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、敌对、躯体化因子,提高ICU患者的生活质量,明显改善ICU患者SAS、SDS评分,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：对ICU患者在常规护理的基础上给予心理指导,能降低ICU患者不良情绪有利于疾病的恢复.

Objective： Discussion psychology nursing intervenes to the ICU patient not good psychology and the quality of life in- fluence. Methods：The selected 72 example ICU critically ill guardianship room patient in January, 2008 - 2010 years in January is hospitalized for my courtyard the patient,divides into the intervention group and control group each 36 examples stochastically, two groups give conventional nursing, in which intervention group give the psychological intervention in the conventional nursing founda- tion, compared with two groups of not good psychological and quality of life situations. Results：Compares with the control group, the psychological nursing intervention can e/fective reduce the patient anxious, despondent, frightened,hostile, the somzatization factor, improves the ICU patient＇s quality of life,improves ICU obviously patient SAS, the SDS grading, two group of comparison differ- ences have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Gives the psychological instruction to the ICU patient in the conventional nursing foundation,can reduce the ICU patient not good mood to be advantageous to disease restoration.
