| 摘 要： | 目的：通过心理护理使老年糖尿病患者接受胰岛素治疗,良好控制血糖.方法：收集2008年5月-2009年4月住院的首次接受胰岛素治疗的老年糖尿病患者58例,了解其心理特点,针对其心理顾虑进行心理护理.结果：使老年糖尿病患者能够完全打消心理顾虑,积极配合治疗,良好控制病情,延缓各种并发症的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective：Causes the old age diabetic through psychological nursing to accept the insulin treatment, controls the blood sugar good. Methods：Collects in May,2008 -- April,2009 to be hospitalized accepts the insulin treatment for the first time the old age diabetic 58 examples, understood its psychological characteristic, carries on psychological nursing in view of its psychological worry. Results：Enables the old age diabetic to dispel the psychological misgivings completely, coordinates to treat positively, controls the condition good, delays each kind of complication the occurrence. |
