摘    要:目的:探讨血尿酸(SUA)、血脂与2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其并发血管病变的关系.方法:选取我院2008年6月至2009年6月收治的40例2型糖尿病并发血管病变患者(A组)、30例2型糖尿病无血管病变患者(B组)及30例健康对照组(C组)为研究对象,分别测定三组的血尿酸及血脂水平,并进行统计分析.结果:A组患者的SUA、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著高于B、C两组,P〈0.05.A组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于B、C两组,P〈0.05.B组患者的TG、TC显著高于C组,P〈0.05.结论:T2DM患者常伴有SUA及血脂的异常,其可作为T2DM并发血管病变的检测指标.

Abstract:Objective: Discussion blood uric acid (SUA),blood fats and 2 diabetes (T2DM) and concurrent blood vessel pathological change relations. Methods: Selects my courtyard from June, 2008 40 example 2 diabetes concurrent blood vessel pathological change patient who admits to June, 2009 (A group), 30 example 2 diabetes non-blood vessel pathological change patient (B group) and 30 example healthy control groups (C group) is the object of study,determines three group of blood uric acids and the blood fats level separately, and carries on the statistical analysis. Results:A group of patient's SUA, glycerin (TG), cholesterol (TC) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) obviously is higher than B,the C two groups,P〈0. 05. A group of patient's high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) obviously is lower than B, the C two groups, P〈0.05. B group of patient's TG, TC obviously are higher than C group,P〈0.05. Conclusion:T2DM patient often is accompanied by SUA and the blood fats unusuality,its may take the T2DM concurrent blood vessel pathological change the examination target.
