美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常疗效观察

目的：观察美托洛尔联合步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心率失常的临床疗效.方法：对60例患者分别采用美托洛尔联合步长稳心颗粒治疗与单纯美托洛尔治疗进行临床疗效比较.结果：治疗组显效率为 46.7%,总有效率为 86.7 %;对照组显效率30.0%,总有效率66.7%.两组临床疗效经比较具有显著性差异p〈0.01,具有统计学意义.结论：稳心颗粒是一种有效的治疗老年室性和室上性早搏的抗心律失常药物,与美托洛尔联用可提高疗效,可以减少副反应.
