单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折38例临床观察

目的：总结凯时（前列地尔）联合项针治疗吞咽困难的临床观察结果.方法：回顾分析以凯时（前列地尔）和针灸联合应用治疗吞咽困难80例,观察治疗前后患者吞咽功能的变化及疗效.结果：治疗前后患者吞咽功能具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗后总有效率72.5%.结论：凯时和项针联合应用,可改善血液循环、促进吞咽神经反射弧重建,从而改善临床症状及体征.
