心理护理对手术的干预

了解手术患者的心理需求,探讨心理护理对手术患者的影响,寻找减轻手术患者紧张情绪及缩短手术时间的方法.方法：随机将326例手术患者分为对照组和试验组.先用自设的问卷调查了解手术患者的心理需求,然后对照组按常规护理准备,试验组根据手术患者的心理需求,应用信息疗法、认知疗法、松弛疗法及肢体接触疗法等心理护理方法进行心理干预,观察两组手术患者的手术时间、术中出血量、心率、血压变化及手术后24小时内的焦虑得分,分析生物学指标和心理指标.结果：试验组手术时间缩短,心率、血压稳定,术中出血量减少,焦虑分值下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：心理疗法对手术具有缩短手术时间,减轻手术患者的痛苦,减少术中出血的作用,提示应用心理干预对手术患者进行心理护理,为手术患者提供情绪支持,可明显减轻手术患者的痛苦,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,有利于患者的术后康复.

Results：The experimental group surgery time re- duces, the heart rate, the blood pressure are stable, in the technique bleeds the quantity to reduce, the anxious minute value drops, two group of comparison differences have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. conclusion：The psychotherapy has the reduction surgery time to the surgery, reduces the surgery patient＇s pain, reduces function which in the technique bleeds,prompts the application psy- chology to intervene to the surgery patient carries on psychological nursing,provides the mood support for the surgery patient,may reduce the surgery patient＇s pain obviously, reduces the surgery time, reduces in the technique to bleed, is advantageous is restored to health after patient＇s technique.
