结直肠癌术后患者的早期肠内营养治疗分析

目的：探讨早期肠内营养在结直肠癌术后患者中的应用及临床疗效.方法：选择我院收治的行结直肠癌手术的患者48例,随机分为肠内营养（EN）24例和肠外营养（PN）24例进行治疗,术后均采取营养支持7d.对患者胃肠功能恢复情况进行观察记录,在手术前、后测定血清总蛋白（TP）、淋巴细胞计数（LC）、转铁蛋白（Tf）、前白蛋白（Pa）、白蛋白（Alb）、总胆红素（TB）及丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）指标的变化进行测定.结果：EN组相较PN组胃肠恢复时间快（t=8.59,P〈0.001）;EN组TB较PN组低（t=2.44,P〈0.05）,LC、ALT、Tf、Alb、Pa两组比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）.结论：早期对结直肠癌术后患者实行肠内营养支持治疗,可促进胃肠功能恢复,降低手术并发症的发生率,促进肛门恢复排便、排气,降低住院费用,提高了患者的生命质量.

Results：The EN group compares the PN group stomach and intestines to restore the time quickly （t=8.59 ,P〈0. 001） ; EN group TB compares PN group low （t= 2.44, P〈0.05）, LC, ALT, Tf, Alb, the Pa two groups compares the not obvious difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The early time practices in the intestines to the colon cancer technique future trouble the nutrition support treatment, may promote the stomach and intestines function to restore, reduces the surgery complication the formation rate, promotes the anus to restore the bowel movement, the exhaust, reduces in hospital expense, improved patient＇s life quality.
