他卡西醇联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗寻常性银屑病68例疗效观察

目的：探讨他卡西醇联合医学护肤品薇诺娜柔润保湿霜（云南滇虹药业生产）治疗寻常性银屑病68例疗效.方法：分析文山州医院收治的68例寻常性银屑病患者的临床资料及治疗效果,治疗组采用他卡西醇联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗,对照组单纯用他卡西醇治疗.结果：治疗组治疗后PASI评分显著低于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.治疗组与对照组疗效比较,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：他卡西醇联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效较好,值得临床推广使用.
