以直肠功能训练为主的护理措施干预中风患者便秘的效果观察

目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果及护理.方法：对85例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,在C臂X线机监视下,经皮向病变的椎体内注射骨水泥,同时做好手术并发症的观察和护理.结果：85例患者临床症状明显改善,有效率达100%,没有出现肺栓塞、骨髓压迫、神经根受损并发症.结论：骨水泥成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折是一种安全、有效的方法,护理应重视患者并发症的观察.
