鼓膜穿刺灌洗地塞米松及氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果观察

目的：观察鼓膜穿刺灌洗地塞米松及氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床价值.方法：2007年1月-2010年1月收治分泌性中耳炎患者80例,耳内镜下鼓膜紧张部前下或后下象限弧形切开鼓膜2-3mm,注入地塞米松针5mg和氨溴索针30mg混合液进行冲洗,再行负压吸引,术毕用消毒棉球封堵住外耳道口预防感染;同时口服抗生素,强的松,呋麻液滴鼻1周.结果：80患者随访10月～5年,平均（15.67±6.45）月;治愈40例、有效34例、无效6例,总有效率92.50%（74/80）;未发生药物不良反应.结论：鼓膜穿刺灌洗地塞米松及氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎有效率高,且无药物不良反应发生,值得临床应用.
