替米沙坦治疗老年高血压合并充血性心力衰竭

目的：观察替米沙坦治疗老年高血压并充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的临床疗效.方法：选择轻中度老年原发性高血压患者并发充血性心力衰竭患者80例,分成治疗组与对照组,每组40例.两组均给予强心、利尿及对症等基础治疗.治疗组应用替米沙坦片40～80 mg,qd;对照组应用依那普利片5～10 mg,bid;疗程8周.观察治疗前后血压、心率、左室舒张末内径、左室后壁厚度（LVPWT）、左室射血分数及心功能变化.结果：治疗后8周两组血压、左室舒张末内径均明显下降,两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,但治疗组在左室射血分数、LV、心排血量、心脏排血指数等心功能指标与对照组相比有明显差异（P〈0.05）,患者耐受性好,未见明显不良反应.结论：替米沙坦治疗老年高血压并发充血性心力衰竭疗效好.

Results：Treats the latter 8 weeks two group of blood pressure,the left room at the end of diastole inside diameter obviously drops, two group of comparison differences do not have the significance （P〉0.05） ,but the treatment group shoots the menstruation number, LV, the heart row of blood quantity,in the left room heart function targets and the control group and so on heart row of blood index compares has the obvious difference （P〈0.05）, the patient tolerance is good, has not seen not good responded obviously. Conclusion：For Mischa Tanzania treatment old age hypertension concurrent congested heart failure curative effect good.
