显微镜下手术治疗白内障的临床研究和护理体会

目的：观察六字诀歌曲发声养生法对妊高征的治疗作用.方法：选取30例在广州市白云区第一人民医院妇产科就诊的妊高征患者,指导其练习六字诀歌曲发声养生法,每日2次,每次20分钟,15天为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程.结果：经治疗,患者血压平均水平由治疗前的148.29±7.01/98.22±4.88 mmHg下降为132.88±5.66/92.33±3.68mmHg,具有极显著差异（P〈0.01）;临床分期由治疗前轻度4例（13.33%）、中度20例（66.67%）、重度6例（20.00%）变为轻度15例（50.00%）、中度11例（36.67%）、重度4例（13.33%）,具有极显著差异（P〈0.01）;平均OG评分由治疗前的16.03±1.13下降为8.52±1.21,具有具有极显著差异（P〈0.01）;并且可以显著降低肝阳上亢型及肝风内动型的比例,总有效率达90.00%.结论：六字诀歌曲发声养生法可以显著降低妊高征患者血压水平,减轻患者肝阳上亢型、肝风内动型的比例,显著减少OG评分,对妊高征具有显著的疗效.配合歌曲旋律比单纯的六字诀平音诵念以及单纯的歌曲养生更加全面,非常灵活,针对性强,简单易行,是一种创新和发展.六字诀和歌曲哼诵相配合,娱乐性会大大增强,使艺术和医疗结合起来,使妊高征患者达到更大的康复效果,值得推广.
