糖尿病酮症酸中毒治疗临床分析

目的：探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒（DKA）的治疗方法.方法：对2008年1月-2010年1月在我科住院治疗的20例DKA患者采用小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注并及时补液、纠正酸碱平衡及电解质紊乱等措施进行治疗.结果：20例DKA患者经积极的治疗后均得到纠正,痊愈出院.结论：DKA是糖尿病最常见的急性并发症,其临床表现复杂,病死率高,如能采取有效的治疗措施可显著降低病死率.

Diabetes alkone sickness acidosis treatment clinical analysis

Objective： Discussion diabetes alkone sickness acidosis （DKA） method of treatment. Methods： January, 2010 uses small dosage insulin vein measures and so on drop note and prompt fluid infusion, correction acid--base equilibrium and electrolyte disorder to January, 2008 in my branch hospital treatment 20 example DKA patient carries on the treatment. Results：20 example DKA patient obtains the correction after the positive treatment, the healing out of hospital. Conclusion：DKA is the diabetes most common acute complication, its clinical manifestation is complex, the case fatality rate is high, if can take the effective remedial measure to be possible obviously to reduce the case fatality rate.
